With the support from KDDI’s Global Network Service that covers about 50 countries and over 38 TELEHOUSE data centres worldwide, we established the state-of—the art business continuity hub in the Asia region.

Cloud Disaster Recovery Services

We offer a break-through cloud-based Disaster Recovery as-a-service which allows businesses of all sizes to own a disaster recovery solution on a pay-per-use billing model and enjoy greater cost-savings. We also host our clients’ dedicated server racks in our state-of-the-art data centre, and become the one-stop service provider who managed all their IT operation needs.

We collaborate with Intuittech, the leading provider of Asterisk in Asia to provide clients with premier open-source IP telephony infrastructure and support services.

Desktop Outsourcing services

Working with our partners, Strateq is capable of providing our clients a pool of skilled resident system engineers, field support engineers and customer service supports staffs to meet all our clients’ unique outsourcing requirements. Strateq will deploy its own core project and account manager to manage the service performance and regularly meet with client to review the performance to ensure continued service-level improvement.

Strateq Singapore is also responsible for the sales and implementation of Point-of-Sales (POS) solution targeted at all segments of the hospitality market.
